DANCING FIRE YOGA - "The Healing Path of Yoga." Dancing Fire Yoga offers workshops, lectures, private and group yoga classes. Other services include, stress managment, meditation, chakra balancing and energy work. The emphasis on the practice is self-healing. Classes are taught to the level of the individual students allowing each person to go at his/her own pace. Students are exposed to asanas (hatha yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, visualization and deep relaxation. The classes are gentle, fun and at times deeply moving.
